Enquire through WeChat: we first clarify your requirements, then discuss routes, hotels and activities. The final itinerary and price are specified in the Booking Agreement.
Enquiry hours: daily, 09:00–18:00 Beijing time. You can leave a message outside enquiry hours; messages are handled during enquiry hours.

During your trip, we communicate with you daily through WeChat, help with requests and coordinate local arrangements. The Chinese-speaking travel concierge is a remote service, not an accompanying Chinese-speaking guide.
